Warranty Information - One (1) year limited warranty

North American Surveillance & Technologies warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for:

a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, North American Surveillance & Technologies will supply (at no cost except for shipping and handling) a new or refurbished replacement part for the following items;

·        Camera and lens

·        Motion detector

·        Main control board

·        Handheld unit

·        Wiring harness

·        Housing

a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, North American Surveillance & Technologies will supply (at no cost except for shipping and handling) a new or refurbished replacement part for the following items;

·        VCR

·        Illuminator

Labor and Parts

North American Surveillance & Technologies will pay all labor charges to repair defective parts for a period of ninety (90) days from original purchase date.  After the ninety (90) day period you must pay for all labor charges ($75.00 flat rate).

Defective parts must be returned to North American Surveillance & Technologies before a replacement part is shipped unless a deposit is acquired.  Deposit refundable if part meets warranty replacement policy.  North American Surveillance & Technologies is not responsible for shipping charges.

 This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Damages caused by incorrect use, accidents, carelessness, acts of nature, unauthorized alterations or repairs.
2. Cosmetic damages
3. Damages or failures caused by incorrect voltage or polarity connections.
4. Use of any components not authorized by North American Surveillance & Technologies.
5. Water or moisture damage due to incorrect placement, flooding, improper closure or sealing of water resistant housing.
