Contest Rules
  1. Eligibility. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry.  Void where prohibited by law. Employees of North American Surveillance & Technologies and those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this Contest, and their advertising and promotion agencies, service providers, parent companies, employees, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this Contest  and members of the immediate families and/or any persons living in the same household as such persons are ineligible to enter the Contest. For purposes of this Contest all times refer to Central time. The Contest begins 12:00 AM on October 1, 2006 and ends February 28th, 2007 at 11:59 PM.
  2. Entry. To enter by email, you must submit your testimonial with pictures either to sales@northamericanst.com. Information requested for entry consists of your first and last name, telephone number (including area code), address with city, state and zip code, month and year of birth and email address. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on February 28, 2007. Limit one entry per person. . Mail Entry. To enter by mail, send your testimonial along with your first and last name, address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address (if available) to Contest Entry, North American Surveillance & Technologies, PO Box 1792, Springtown, TX 76082. All mail entries must be post marked by February 28, 2007 and received by March 5, 2007. All entries become the property of North American Surveillance & Technologies and will not be acknowledged or returned to entrant. By submitting an Internet or a mail entry, entrant confirms the accuracy and the veracity of the statements and information contained therein and acknowledges understanding of and agreement to these Official Rules.
  3. Winner Selection: Two (2) Winners will be selected by North American Surveillance & Technologies on or about April 6, 2007 from all eligible entries received by North American Surveillance & Technologies. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by North American Surveillance & Technologies by phone and/or email. If the winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Return of prize or winner notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
  4. Prize: Two (2) winners will receive either a BOWBUG RF Game Recovery System with two (2) additional transmitters or three (3) packages of replacement transmitters. No substitution, transfer except that North American Surveillance & Technologies may at its sole and absolute discretion substitute a prize of equal value due to prize unavailability for any reason. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. Limit of 1 prize per person/family/household. All applicable federal and state laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including income taxes), fees and charges relating to the use and acceptance of a prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal), a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release"). Affidavit/Release must be signed, notarized, and returned within 14 days after receipt or winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
  5. General Conditions: By entering this Contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules, and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of North American Surveillance & Technologies whose decisions are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Winners grant to North American Surveillance & Technologies, its affiliates and their advertising and promotional agencies the right to use worldwide and in perpetuity without notice or compensation for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without limitation, winner's proper name, photograph, likeness, city and state unless prohibited by law.
  6. Conduct: The Official Rules will be posted at www.northamericanst.com throughout the Contest. North American Surveillance & Technologies reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTEST ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, NORTH AMERICAN SURVEILLANCE & TECHNOLOGIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTEST ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  7. Limitations of Liability: Entrants agree to release North American Surveillance & Technologies, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won and further agree that North American Surveillance & Technologies and the North American Surveillance & Technologies Related Parties shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession or use/misuse of prizes, or participation in the Contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States. North American Surveillance & Technologies is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Contest. North American Surveillance & Technologies is not responsible/liable for multiple entries entered by other than human means such as computerization or other mechanical means, or for entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), illegible, mutilated, forged, tampered with, destroyed, incomplete, lost, misdirected, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, and postage-due entries or entries otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules (and such entries will be disqualified). North American Surveillance & Technologies assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
  8. Disclaimer: North American Surveillance & Technologies is not responsible for entrant's inability to access the Contest via email due to hardware or software compatibility problems or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, such as infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of North American Surveillance & Technologies which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, North American Surveillance & Technologies reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
